Can you cater for vegan, vegetarians, gluten, lactose free, halal, nut free etc… ?

Yes of course! Our packages can be customised to work with any dietary & nutritional requirements.

 

Can I leave my platter in the fridge overnight and have it the next day?

Of course! All our orders are made on the day to ensure freshness. You can keep the platters/boxes refrigerated overnight.

My cheese box does not have a certain product I thought it would include?

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, some suppliers/supermarkets may not have the product readily available. Grazin Co reserves the right to substitute products and items when products or ingredients may not be available. All substitutions are of similar quality and value. 

When do you prepare the platters?

To ensure freshness of our platters, we prepare all our orders 24hrs prior to preferred date and time of delivery.

How do you transport your platters?

Refrigerated van or company car (fully air conditioned to keep products cool)

Can you deliver the product on my preferred delivery time?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide exact times for deliveries as driver routes are planned to ensure all orders are received on their specified day whilst maintaining freshness.

What if no one is available to receive the order?

The courier has ATL - Authority To Leave - the product on the property in a safe spot (away from direct sunlight). Once delivery has been made, the responsibility of the order rests with the buyer. Grazin Co does not cover the cost of lost or stolen items once delivered.

 

Do the design of the platters move when delivering?

We carefully wrap the platters with clear cellophane/glad wrap and tightly cover all areas to ensure everything is stable and don't move while transporting. All our platters are laid FLAT in the vehicle.

Payment & Cancellation FAQs

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, personal cheques & bank transfer.

Grazing tables: We require a non-refundable 50% deposit 1 week prior to hold your date and the remaining balance cash on the day

Need to cancel?

Cheese/Fruit/Dessert platters and boxes: Orders placed online will not be refunded

Grazing Tables: Depending on certain circumstances, your deposit of 50% is non-refundable.

Few days before your grazing table set up: A fee may be charged to compensate for any food or labour costs already incurred.
